Treaty of Neuilly
The treaty signed on 27 November 1919 between the Allies and Bulgaria, one of the defeated Central Powers. It required Bulgaria to cede Western Thrace, cutting off its direct outlet to the Aegean Sea, to pay reparations of 2.25 billion gold francs and to reduce its army to 20,000 men.
