Treaty of Lausanne
The peace treaty signed in Lausanne, Switzerland, on 24 July 1923 after eight months of negotiation. It officially resolved the conflict between the Ottoman Empire and the Allied powers, replaced the unratified Treaty of Sèvres, and left Eastern Anatolia part of modern Turkey.
