Sikorsky Ilya Muromets

A Russian four-engine aircraft designed by Igor Sikorsky in 1913, first conceived as a luxurious airliner. In the war it became the first four-engine bomber to equip a dedicated strategic bombing unit; sources differ, but between about 75 and 85 were built by 1918.
